    Default Paper Space coordinates

How do I redefine 0,0 in a layout tab?

I have set up a layout print parameter exactly the same with same .pc3 in two different dwgs. Why is the layout print area not have the same 0,0 coordinates?

In other words, when I copy and paste to original coordinates the printable layout area is proving to be different areas.

If you plot a layout using a saved view or by picking a window it alters the default coordinates used when plotting to layout.

No simple reset button to fix it. It would make a great wish list item!

Add a new layout with same plotter and size, in it add Rectangular viewport using <Fit> so it's drawn same as layout dimensions, Copy with Basepoint at 0,0 then Paste it in problem layout, now modify Plot Style using viewport corners for window corners, finally change it back to plot layout.

Are you using the exact same paper size in each pagesetup?

0,0 is in a different location depending on if it includes margins or not.

See this thread for more info.
