Rotate Spot Elevation in any Direction

Summary: For a floor plan with grids at 2 or more different angles, this feature would be a huge time-saver. Its not my idea. Plenty of people are wishing for it online.

Description: I am working on a plan with grids at 2 different angles, about 20 degrees apart.
Few of the Spot elevations need to be rotated to align with some of the rooms/ walls.
Currently, its a challenging task. It can be done but the workaround is a waste of time.
Please help !

As this problem occurs not only in the spot elevations, but also on texts and tags, i feel it would even be better to expand this wish to all of this elements and not only to the spot elevation.

I think it could be done with implementing a parameter "angle" to the properties of all tag/text elements, which then could be altered via a selection of elements. This would mean, that i can create my tags, then choose them for this specific view and then change the property parameter to my desired angle once.
