Local property lines

Does anyone know how to import local property lines into either Civil 3D or Infraworks?

Depends on what format the property lines are in. If they are ESRI shp files you can use the mapimport command to create plines from them. If you have an image file then you need to use Data Connect tools and select Raster format. Then hope the image is georeferanced.
