Default Can anybody help me understand why the areas in the schedule are different?

    Hi.
I have the two photos of a schedule of takeoff quantities of 2 walls.
The small photo is schedule of parts.
Can anybody help me understand why the areas in the schedule are different and at the composite wall (straight with no angles) I cant find the result of the height moltiplicate the length? (At the simple, one component wall the result is straitforward).
42m2 and 82m2 how they have been calculated?
    Thank you.

Sorry my mistake. I made the rounding in two decimal places and everything went ok.
    Sorry about it.
