Concrete Beam Dynamic Block Polar Stretch Problem

Hello AUGI Members,

I created a dynamic block of a concrete beam to be used on structural concrete drawing plans. The beam is placed and stretched to any desired length and angle with the beam tag (callout) being automatically centered along the middle of the span of the beam. There are a number of tools to stretch the edge line of the beam, flip the beam tag text, adjust the beam about it's center line as necessary and also provides a polar stretch capability at each end of the beam. Basically all there tools work fine most of the time however, when the beam is polar stretched in a certain manner the beam tag moves from it's location at the center of the beam span and I then need to manually move the beam tag back to the center of the span.

I have attached a drawing containing these dynamic concrete beam blocks show the way the beam should look and also some examples of where the beam tag moves to the wrong location. I cannot find and resolve what is causing this problem and would be very appreciative if some of the Forum's experts in this area could take a look and hopefully identify/correct the problem....??
