Default Tag block with the block name or current look up value

I am looking for the lisp routine (or some other method) to quickly display block look up parameter value in a multileader which is attached to the block. I am trying to find the quick method to visually tag my blocks with the look up values. normally it can be done by creating a field in the multileader and link the field to the block look up parameter. I am hoping that somebody can optimise this process and the same result can be achieved faster:

    1. Run the command

    2. Select arrow position for the multileader

    3. Select the block look up value will be extracted from

    4. Select a location to place the multileader

No leader, but this is the code I use by Lee Mac to tag block with the block name: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showth...l=1#post347968
