Pipe diameter "DN" attributed text converting

I have a simple question related with pipe DN that I need to lisp. I want to convert attributed text to another text In the attached file. there's two text in blocks. DN and its load on top need to convert to as load-adet-inch. for example DN32 with load 2 must be 2-Adet-1.1/4". DN25 with load 3 must be converted to 3-Adet-1". or DN150 with load 230 must be converted to 230-Adet-6"
Any help would be great. In the attached file you can see two different set of block text. Pipe diameter and inch correspondances are given below.
DN25 - 1"
DN32 - 1.1/4"
DN40 - 1.1/2"
DN50 - 2"
DN65 - 2.1/2"
DN80 - 3"

A simple method is use Find & Replace just look for DN25 replace with 1"
