    Default Wall Tags are not Showing up when I print to BlueBeam

    I am getting a condition when I print from Revit 2017 to BlueBeam PDF software, my wall tags do not show up. It only does it with the wall tags and its not consistent from print to print. I print and they show up and someone else on the team will print and the tags are not showing up. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this condition? Any suggestions?

    Welcome to AUGI and your first post!!

    Okay, I have not seen this with Wall Tags, specifically, but definitely have seen errors between different prints on different machines when printing to PDF. Usually, it can be traced back to the driver updates for BlueBeam or Adobe. And, sometimes even the build versions of Revit. I hate to sound like a Tier 1 helpdesk support technician, but I would recommend checking the following: are all team members using the same Revit build (update), same BlueBeam version (update), and same Windows OS? If not, start with BlueBeam. Then, if that doesn't solve it, update the team's Revit (so that everyone working on the model together, at a minimum, is running the same build). Then, try getting everyone on the same OS. If all of the above fail? Then, it's gotta be Gremlins.

    Oh, and run a check: print a sheet directly to a plotter, skipping the PDF. Just test one. If the results show everything, you know it's definitely BlueBeam.

    Hello Eugene,
    Yes, I am having the same issue with Revit 2017 printing to Bluebeam. I noticed that it only does it when I create multiple PDF files. If you create it as an individual file it is fine. I am seeking a better solution.
