    Default "scalelistedit" does nothing

Why does the SCALELISTEDIT command do nothing at all? I see no dialog box or anything when the command is executed. It just goes right back to the normal command line. It seems to have no effect at all.

    Thanks in advance.

Tom's suggestions cover the issue if the issue is that the dialog is off the screen.

But you say that nothing at all happens. If the dialog was off the screen, the command line would not simply return to normal. It would not accept any input until you press ESC to close the dialog.

What happens if you run the same command, but prefix it with a hyphen first to execute the command line version (ex: Command: -SCALELISTEDIT ) and then reset the scales? Does the dialog based version of this command work after that?

    Update,
I figured it out. It was in fact a hidden dialog box. It is important to type in M instead of clicking "move" in the fix method.

    Thanks to all responders.
