Default Pipe Network Panorama in Toolspace

Is there a way to change the pipe description to RCP once and apply it to all the other pipes with out manually inserting it into every field one at a time?

Yup. Select a range of pipes, right click on the header Description and choose Edit from the menu that appears. This edit will affect all the pipes selected. (give it a few seconds to make the edit)

Note, this method works for other columns as well and in other panoramas.
