    Default SECTION VIEW VOLUME REPORT

is there a way to create a section by section volume table for cut and fill?

i have a short 120' long alignment with four sample lines sampling a finished surface and an existing surface.

i computed the materials, and ran a volume report, but all i get is an xml file displayed in internet explorer.

i'd like to insert that data in my drawing or maybe show a table either as one table or a table for each section view.

i know it can be done for a corridor, but i can't figure out if its possible for just section views.

I don't have a sample data file in front of me at the moment, but is "HTM/HTML/XML" the only choice of report type? Some of those reports offer multiple file types, but you have to dig in the dialog.

Which volume report did you run?

Just a cut and fill volume. didn't see any other file types for that particular one, but after much head scratching and hunting and pecking around,
i did find that if you select annotate, add tables, volumes, then material volume, it will let you pick the necessary things to create a volume table. VOILA!!!!
