Question pipe add error with Handle = d2adf

Randomly seem to lose library association or some thing and end up with Handle = d2adf error iv tried using NETLOAD to put relink the file but it dose not seem to work. Has any one found a fix for this error?

Error description: Can be modeling pipe in a drawing for a week or more and suddenly every time i go to add a pipe via the grips or aecbpipeadd command I get a pop up window and an error msg "The part specified in the routing preference cannot be used in the layout due to size or angle limitations. Please select a different part to substitute in the layout and click OK. Click cancel to revert to the original part." and then it makes me pick the type of pipe about 6 times (seemingly once for each direction i MIGHT go and then i have to pick what kind of part i want again if i do any thing other then go straight (elbows ect.) ALSO offten the pipe type im using (say butt weld) isnt in the options to pick till the third or fourth selection.

Hello, did you ever find a solution for this issue? We are running into it with AutoCAD MEP 2015 all of the sudden and it appears to be random.
