Cool Civil 3d 2015 saving files double in size

Hello all hope i can get some answers...
My dilemma is My co-worker is taking a titleblock that has minimum information in it, zero blocks and only 3 fonts with2 linetypes. When she does a saveas she notices the file slows down and doubles in size. When I perform the same task it all works fine and I do not get the same file size the minute she opens it and saves it also doubles in size.

What could be causing this if both computers are duplicated?

Thank you in advance for the help!

    file size is 544kb

after her save it is 1,756mb

    Welcome to AUGI.

Have you already applied the Civil 3D Performance Hotfix to all workstations?
