So, I know I can make a block, and set the Behavior(sp) to "Scale Uniformly", however, can you set this property in the source AutoCAD file?

My scenario is that I have an AutoCAD titleblock stored in "raw" form; so, when you open the file, you're seeing the tags. When I insert it into a drawing (drag it over, typically), it becomes a proper block. However, and I know it doesn't really matter, but the scale can now be non-uniformly set, and I would like for this to be inherited if possible.

I know I could make the block internal to that file, and set the Scale Uniformly tag from there, and explode the drawing on insertion, but then I can't name the block ("Titleblock") the same as the filename, and I have to purge away that sacrificial block.

Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, and inserting an attributed block shouldn't be done this way, but it does seem like there's a setting somewhere that I can't find. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
