Dimscale resets itself

For some reason my dimscale resets to 96 in my scaled drawings. A majority of our drawings are at 1/8" scale. But on enlarged plans I'll change the dimscale to 48 or site plans to 360. But if I exit the drawing and go back into them, the dimscale resets to 96. Is there some variable setting to fix this?

Also the fillet command resets to 0 radius each time you go into a drawing.

Both the dimscale & fillet problems happens to all of our workstations since upgrading to AutoCAD 2005.

Are these drawing files pure AutoCAD ie.

No Autodesk vertical products have ever worked on them.

Also the fillet command resets to 0 radius each time you go into a drawing.

Have I got the following correct -

Drawing file "A" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) = 10
Open Drawing file "B" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) = 20

Close Drawing file "A" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) = 10
Close Drawing file "B" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) = 20

Open Drawing file "A" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) now = 0
Open Drawing file "B" -> Fillet Radius (FilletRad) now = 0

If that is the case, do you run any start-up utilities or Third Party Software?

If yes, take a look at them an see if they are changing system variable FilletRad = 0 on start-up.
