Leader line continues under dimension

I am new to inventor. When displaying a dimension for a diameter in a cross sectional view the leader continues under the dimension text. What is the appropriate method to remove this underlined portion?

This behavior is controlled by your settings for the dimension style. Right-click on the dimension, and select "Edit Dimension Style...". This will open the "Style and Standard Editor" where you can review, modify or create new dimension styles. More info can be obtained through "Help".
