Default Stairs in reflected ceilingplan/structural plan (looking up)

Summary: Stairs show treads in reflected ceiling plan and structural plan (looking up)

Description: I wish there was a possibility to let structural plan (looking up) show the whole stair and not just the outlines.
We make a lot of structural plans there we need to show the stair because it is often made of concrete. When we make concrete drawings it is
custom to show the plan from the underside. We have to cut through the walls from the floor below. Like it is now we have to make 2D lines where the treads are.
This can lead to error when the stair changes and the lines at still put.

For structural plans we always look downwards. Like floors are supported by their underlaying structure etc. Thus stairs (whenever used) are visible with treads.
