Failed to save VLISP program

Sorry for the inconvenience:

Saving a Lisp program with the VLIDE editor always gives me a fatal error.
I use AUTOCAD 2018 and WINDOWS 10.

This happens to me with all files, both new and existing, always fatal error when saving.

This is a new one for me.
Does the location you are saving to make a difference? Network, local, removeable drive, etc?

I suggest opening a support case with Autodesk: Submitting & Viewing Support Requests

A work around not the right answer.

Open the file in Notepad Ctrl+A paste to vlide, when wanting to save copy and paste to notepad use ctrl+A to highlite before paste so full overwrite. Then save.
