Default Hatch erased when closing Autocad

    Hello all,

One of our users is experiencing an issue whereby a hatch which has been placed using Pick Points is disappearing when the file is re-opened after a save.
I have been into the file and can hatch away to my heart's content, and they remain.

Both machines are; AutoCAD 2018 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit. All AutoCAD/Windows updates have been applied.
AutoCAD has been uninstalled, re-installed and fully updated again to no avail.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, or have a suggestion for a fix?

    Thanks in advance.

    When does the hatch vanish?

Only when the edited and saved drawing is opened on this particular user's PC?

If he makes a hatch and you open the DWG, does it stay?
What if you make a hatch and then he opens the DWG?
