Default How do I create a parcel table with area, average width and average depth?

We need to create a table for a residential land development project that shows lot area, average width, and average depth. I can get the areas and the lengths of each line segment, but I don't need all sides, just the average width and depth.

This issue arose for us as well. Did you ever figure anything out?

you may have to tweak some things in order to get the average width and depth, but this might help get you started.

I don't think any OOTB functionality will do this. We have this on our to-do list and believe we can make it work if adjacent alignments exist. If you would like to "Sing for your Supper" contact me at dotson [at] dotsoft [dot] com and perhaps we can provide the tool in exchange for thorough testing and feedback.
