Default Transparent Command that works the opposite of 'STAE

    Hi
I'm looking for a way to draw something on an alignment, based on selecting a station and elevation on a profile view.
Identical to how the transparent command 'STAE works but in reverse.

Specifically selecting air valve and washout locations in a profile view and having, say points for example, show up along an alignment in plan.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    CB

You probably already know about the list of commands.

I'm sure what you're needing could be written in autolisp or other language. Have you checked the Autodesk Civil 3D customization forum?
