If you search this forum for "Excel", you should find plenty of code to get you started and then you could come back and ask specific questions if you run into trouble.

Well, honestly speaking its difficult for me to write a code as i have no experience is programming, and you could imagine how difficult it is to understand and write a code when someone have no experience. if i start learning and then write code it might be too late considering my project deadline.

    I don't understand the request.

    What are "500 drawings numbers"?
    Is this a list of integers, such as 8, 15, 34, 2008, 3454, 5676, etc?

And you want to create DWG files from some sort of data. Do you have AutoCAD or some other application or stub that will create DWG files?

@ rkmcswain i have list of 500 drawing in Excel sheet, like
    AM-XXX-ELSS-P-210AP29-00001-0
    AM-XXX-ELSS-P-210AP29-00002-0
    AM-XXX-ELSS-P-210AP30-00003-0 etc

i want to create just empty drawings using any template for these 500 drawings numbers listed in Ms office using Excel or any other software. The purpose is to have drawings with drawing references as shown in Excel sheet.

The purpose of generating these files are that i have to delete these files from my project folder/sub folders/sub folders, i have a workaround that if i have these files in one folder with the same file reference i could find the identical in both folders and then i can delete from the project folder, i know its not the best way to delete but since i don't know how i can delete these 500 drawings at once i can manage in this way.
