The following are system requirements taken from Autodesk's website.
Recommended System Requirements
The preceding requirements are recommended for effective use of Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2006 software.
- Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD-K7™ processor, 1.4 GHz or higher
- Microsoft® Windows® XP (Professional, Home Edition, or Tablet PC Edition, SP2 or later) or Windows 2000 Professional (SP4 or later)
- 1 GB RAM
- 650 MB free hard disk space and 75 MB swap space; 1.3 GB for full installation
- 1024x768 VGA video display
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
- Modem or other connection to the Internet
- Sound card for multimedia learning

I would have to assume that it would run on the same graphics cards that 2004/5 versions have run on. The 3D stuff is still based on the AutoCAD software platform. This isn't VIZ or MAX, so it won't be a video memory hog unless you are running a 3D view with full shading & edges on. As long as you have the current drivers from the graphic card manufacturer, you should be good to go.
