Default Dialogue box is not showing

When I create a new properties filter then right click to select properties the dialogue box that allows you to modify the filter is not showing on my screen.

Maybe it's visible, just not on your screen?

Try the ALT+Space, then "M" trick. More details here.

I was hoping but doesn't appear this is going to work. It's my properties filters in the layer manager. This is something I really use and current company templates have none.

    Is there another option?

So just to confirm, did you try RKM's solution?

To clarify it how to do this

Right click on your filter you've made
    Select properties
At this point press ALT+Spacebar+M and release (like you would for control alt delete)
Use your arrow keys left or right.

ALT+Spacebar+M isn't a CAD function, RKM's hunch is that it's popping off in narnia off-screen and you can use the windows functionality to bring it back to view.

Edit: To get a better understanding of this functionality you can click on your layer manager and then use ALT+Spacebar+M and you will see that you can now move your layer manager around the screen with the arrow keys. That's what you're trying to do with the filter that RKM believes is off-screen.

    FWIW
If you follow the link in post #2, it will take you to a page where a short video (animated gif) shows you exactly how it works.
