Default Leader arrows moving with object

    Good morning all,

Let's say I snap a leader's arrow to an object/shape/block/etc. If I move that object, that leader's arrow will move with it. I find that nudging the leader up/down before moving the object prevents that behavior, but I don't want to have to do that. Is there a setting that can help? I've searched high and low, but I still can't find it.

Using an MLeader, or regular leader? What exact command?
I don't find that leaders are dynamically attached to the object.
Could this perhaps be a custom command in use?

Could this be related to having Geometric Constraints inferred.
