WINDOW FAMILY CREATION.

Hi All

I am creating a window family, I have the window itself made I also have the symbolic lines for side hung.
My questions.
1 How do i set it that I can show the symbolic lines for top hung and have the option to select either when inserting it.
2 Do I add the Cill within the window type, also how do i get the option to change the cill where required.
3 Head details, do I attach lintel, heads etc in each family and have option to change depending on situation.

All Advice would be greatly appreciated
