Default locker family not associating with host room

i have a locker family and i would like to create a schedule that shows the lockers that are in each locker room (mens & womens.) i have created a furniture schedule and included these fields; room name, room number, family and type, mark, count, type mark. when the schedule is created the columns for room name & room number are blank. it seems as though my lockers are not associating with the room that they are located in. i have moved the room calculation point so that it is not on the ground plane and not in the center of the locker family and still no luck. i was hoping someone has a solution?

i am attaching the locker family for your review.

I did not have any problem with your family. The attached test project file has your family, and shows the room name and room number in the Furniture Schedule. I did not add any Mark or Type Mark values, so those columns are blank. The schedule is sorted by Room: Number (ascending) and Family and Type (ascending), with itemize every instance disabled.

NOTE: Project was done in Revit 2017, starting with the out-of-the-box imperial Architectural Template. In order to get under the 2.00 MB file size limit, I had to purge a lot of unused families.
