Revit Parametric Profile Families

Basically, I need an "Architrave" profile family with multiple profiles within, to be selected for wall sweep once loaded into a model.

I have created yes/no parameters that match up with each family type and visible with the appropriate profile lines. Therefore, when "Classic" family type is selected, the "Classic" visibility parameter is checked on and only its profile shows (with preview visibility on of course)

However when I load this profile family into a test project, I get the error of a failed wall sweep due to an open loop profile. I don't know how to test for open loops besides copy/pasting these profile lines as fill regions, so I did this and found no open loops.

If my geometry is closed, why does this family fail? Is there a better way to parametrize or is it even possible what im doing?

Wall Sweeps can only have one profile family associated with them.
Profile families are only allowed to have one closed loop.
The visibility won't matter. I'm surprised that revit even let you load multiple profile families in a profile family.
The system profiles (the actual wall sweeps) need to read a profile family and type.
