elevation banding

is it possible to have more than one elevation banding (2d) style?

i have a surface that i want to illustrate the water elevation of for 3 separate levels so i can have 3 different scenarios at the click of the mouse.

i thought i could copy and edit the OOTB one and make 3 new ones. that was easy, but i cannot find how to change the analysis in each style.
the only way to change the elevation analysis is in the surface properties, which doesn't allow you to pick the elevation banding styles.

any suggestions or is this just not possible.

Banding?

You could add 3 User-defined contours to you surface properties on the Analysis tab and then set each of their elevations to the chosen water surface. You can also set the display for each one.

how can you set a theme (color pattern) to the banding. there are several to choose from, but they don't seem to work.
i can do it manually, but i'd rather pick the rainbow option
