Extracting KMZ elevation data from Google Earth into Civil 3D 2014

Dear All,

I was trying to extract elevation data from google earth into my civil 3d (2014 version), but i could not find the google earth on my insert tab????? Please can someone enlighten me? Thanks for your assistance.

Civil 3D 2014 does not include the ability to import data from Google Earth
