Summary: have the ability to add vertices to multileader leaders

Description: With the Leader command, we can add vertices to the leader line. But the text is not attached to the leader and multiple leaders cannot be added. Add the ability to add vertices to multileader leaders.

This has always been an option.
Just make sure the constraints are not enabled in the style you use.
