Default Can I transfer keynote parameter between files between same families?

Is there any way or workaround to transfer solely the keynote parameter for same named elements from one project file to another?

Assigning keynotes can be tedious. We have a project with 15 buildings which are all separate files. When we assigned keynotes in one file for elements, can I transfer only this parameter to families of the same name in another file?

I need to transfer only this parameter because we have individual settings for walls etc for different files, but they are of the same name.

    Please help. Thank you!

I am working in Revit 2016.

I don't know if this will work but give it a try.
With both files open, select all the keynotes in the finished file, and push the select tab in your modify selection. Then switch to the new file and select to paste the information.

Are you trying to assign keynote numbers to families in multiple projects?
I'd bet there's a Dynamo way to do it. Export a category of families extract the family name and key value, save it into a CSV file and import that date back into the other projects.
    That's my thought.
