Default Ladder Not Flexing Properly (actually, 2019)

I tried posting this a few days ago but the post isn't showing up, so I'm trying again. The attached ladder family flexes okay in the family editor, but when I insert it into a project, the rungs and brackets veer away from the vertical sidebars. Anyone have a clue as to what I've done wrong?

You should try to array each side bracket separately. This will allow you to better align and lock the arrayed elements. The first 2 arrayed brackets on both sides need to be aligned and locked to the side bar reference plane. Also you should use this for your bracket count parameter "rounddown(Height/5')". This will make it so that as soon as the ladder height reaches an increment of 5' a new bracket will be placed. You do not need the -1. As for the bottom brackets you can edit the sketch and align and lock the inside vertical line to the sidebar reference plane. It would be better to have these brackets nested in my opinion.

For some reason the angle of the array is tied to the thickness of the hosting wall. Any wall thickness other than 6" causes the array to change its angle relative to the wall face. I will submit a support request to find out what's going on with this.

The ladder family now appears to be fixed, courtesy of Diego R. of the "Revit Expert program"! Diego wrote, "When you create an array, make sure you use the locks on the first and also on the last element (or the second element, depending on how you created your array)." Here is the corrected family.
