Pressure pipe dialogue box doesn't appear

Hi
I am trying to draw a network, but after I select network creation, the dialogue box (Which I use to choose the pipe diameter to be drawing) doesn't appear.
Even if I right click a pipe, and click "Edit Pressure Network", it doesn't appear.

Please refer to Attachment 1 which shows the issue I am facing, and attachment 2 which is what I was expecting to get when I clicked "Edit Pressure Network"

Do any of the contextual tabs work, for other objects, such as alignments, surfaces, etc?
