How to find Rooms in an Area

It a little hard for me to search for this as the Area I am interested in is the 2D Area element not the property of the room, so does anyone have any idea about the following:

Is it possible to identify the Rooms which are in a specific Area?

I looked at the propertys of the Room, I looked at using Dynamo (Couldnt find geometry of an Area) so I have had no luck.

Attached image shows an example of 3 rooms in a single area, basically I am looking for a way to relate the percentage of each room to the overall area.

Hi Drew,

I don't think it is possible to list rooms by area they are under (there might be a script or something which does this), however, it might be possible to use the 'Department' parameter of each room to classify rooms...its a big tricky if you looking to relate area % to room %.
