RCP Tree Family

Hi,

I am trying to create a 'masked fill' for a RCP family (May be where I am going wrong in the first place , to have coloured trees in plan for a site layout ). I have tried nesting a 'detail' and 'symbol' family into both the 3D RCP family and also the 'DeciduousBase.RFA' (which is nested in the RCP family). The Detail item with the mask in it inserts int othe RCP family but it does not show the mask, either in the family of when the family is used un the site plan.

Any help would be appreciated

I tried replicating what you suggest and didn't find any issue. Couple of questions

1. Is the family set as SHARED both the Detail & RPC?
2. Is there filter or model category set your RPC (Planting or Entourage to 100% transparent)

Can you provide screenshot so we know the issues. thanks.
