Excel to be extracted from autocad

Hi,

I have received an autocad file with excel file inserted on it. How can I extract to excel file from autocad? its OLE object. this is Second cad file send to me my friend. first file already done, but that is not my solution that my another friend, now he is not work for me.

Here the first file solution he wrote:

You have to hide the unwanted rows, is started with the rows from top to the first visible line from your DWG,
also i hide all lines on the and (started on I17.B1:2.42b because i am thinking the last two lines in your DWG should also be hide)
