Dynamic Block Polar Stretch Problem

Hi AUGI Members,

Can anyone with more expertise help me resolve this problem..??

I create a dynamic block for a steel braced frame condition. I have almost everything working properly except for the polar stretch action on the attribute tag for the right side diagonal callout. I am obviously missing something from working too closely with this DB so maybe some fresh eyes can identify what the problem is and recommend a solution.

I have attached a copy of the Braced Frame dynamic block and hopefully someone can correct the problem.
