Question PROBLEM WITH TABLES GLITCHING OUT. NEED IMMEDIATE HELP PLEASE!

We've been updating our templates for the Civil Department. I've created several tables for the purpose of using key notes. They've started doing something very weird. I'm not ever sure how to describe it. I've attached two images to this thread with hopes that someone can help me out.

I'll click on the first cell of the table, the box that reads "Removal Key Notes" and the first thing it does is resize the box height to something not even appropriate and the second thing as you can see in the picture is that it starts to overlap the cells. I'm able to reset the table and for a little bit all is well, but at some random point, they screw up again and I have to reset them again, and again and ..... you get the picture. It's totally random. I can be zooming in and out, I could be switching from model to paper, I could be adding dims.... who knows....

These tables are a huge addition for us and have solved some inter department CAD Standard issues we were facing.

Has anyone seen this before and can anyone tell me how to fix it?
