    Default Duplicating Dependent Views

    Summary: Add a 4th option for duplicating that allows you to duplicate a parent view and it's dependents.

    Description: Can you add a feature that combines duplicating a view and applying dependent views? Currently we have to duplicate parent view and then go back and apply dependent views to this new parent view. How about a 4th option under Duplicate that would be duplicate with dependents.

    I really think the dependent views are a tool that is vastly under developed. If we could apply a different scale or view template to a dependent view the tool would be so much better!
