Default PDF in 3D Visual Styles

    Hello all,

I have a point cloud that I need to show over a floor plan. The only format we have the floor plan in is PDF and it's a Raster. Unfortunately, PDF's are not shown in 3D visual styles and Point Clouds are not visible in 2D visual styles. I have tried converting it to a TIFF, PNG, and JPEG, but the quality is still very poor.

I do have to scale up up the floor plan once in AutoCAD to get it to actual size and I thought that might be causing the issue. I tried scaling down the point cloud down to the size of the floor plan file, but the floor plan is still very blurry.

Is there something I am missing or some trick to get this to work?

I'm using AutoCAD Civil 3D, but I don't think it matters here.

I figured out what to do and wanted to share. I should have caught this way earlier than I did, but lesson learned. The PDF floor plan was originally in model space, but after I moved it to paper space, everything worked out as I wanted.
