illogic invert pipe elevation value

Hello, AUGI members, I didn't understand the illogic value of the invert pipe elevation and how to fix it.

Top of the pipe elevation: 228 cm
Middle of the pipe elevation: 220 cm
Bottom of the pipe elevation: 212 cm
Invert elevation : -687 cm

It looks like its something to do with the 'Reference Level'

The offset is based off the 'Reference Level' and the Invert Level tag is from Z:0 aka 0.0 Ground Floor.
On the 'Reference Level' pull down, change it to the floor below, you should then get the desired Invert Level. Keep me posted
