    Default How to sell AutoCAD

Hi, I am not an AutoCAD engineer but my late father was. I have a copy of AutoCAD LT 2008, boxed with activation key etc, no longer required and not active on any machines. Would anyone be kind enough to offer advice on best way to sell it? It seems to be worth about £500 and it would be good to release that for my mother. I get that it is technically a licence and have looked into this pretty carefully. Fine to sell in EU, but sites like eBay seem to pull all listings at request of Autodesk. Thanks all.

If I understand £500, then that is about $US650, and I can't imagine anyone willing to pay that much for an almost 12 year old copy of AutoCAD LT, when anyone can purchase a brand new copy of full-blown BricsCAD for just a bit more.
You can also get 2-year rental of the latest AutoCAD LT for about the same amount.

Having said that, I don't have an answer as to how and where to advertise this sale. More info here.

Thanks for the link. For value I am just going on how much they sell for on eBay when the odd copy gets through. Last one (few weeks ago) sold for £490.
