Default Crop Region, ability to change line values.

Summary: Crop Region, ability to change line values.

Description: A user in our office sold a technique to the principal architects using a edited crop region to illustrate interior elevations. Our wish is to have the ability to modify the line work of the crop region in order to make the line work bolder etc.

A masking region donut using heavier lines for the perimeter shape of the elevation boundary and invisible lines for the outside of the donut is more flexible and has a smaller impact on view performance than editing a crop boundary. If a crop boundary has many segments performance can really start to diminish.

I should mention that you can select the crop boundary > right click > Override Graphics in View > assign a heavier lineweight.

Thank You Steve. This will make our interior elevation user very happy. I like the masking method, but i was overruled.
