ROLL OVER CURB

has anybody used the urbancurbguttervalley2 subassembly?
i am trying to build an assembly with roll over curbs and cannot get dimension C to change.
every other parameter changes, but C. it won't change. it's at 0.04' (1/2").
i have tried it in version 2016 and 2019, neither one works.

any suggestion?

edit: i found it. you have to choose gutter slope method and select "use depth"
