wheelmouse click menu

I seem to have lost my object snap menu for my wheelmouse button. left and right clicks work...but not my wheelmouse. I copied my menus from work to bring home so I can have the same setup and something went heywire.

Can anyone help?

Thank you for your help...didn't quite help.

BUT I did get it to work again, the osnap middle button (wheel) (mbuttonpan=0)
I was going to reinstall ADT but that kept on freezing up so I tried the add or remove option at the installation window and selected the same setup I had before and that worked.

All else fails....reinstall.
