Default 'Breaks in' Family rotates after placement

Hello. I'm hoping someone can help me here.

I've created some mech equipment, set to 'breaks in' as these are heating & cooling coils that I want to 'break in' a duct. When placed onto a duct and 'breaks in' the family rotates meaning the connections are the wrong way (circled connection is condensate drain so needs to be at the bottom). When dragged from browser and connect duct off it it works as it should (top image).

Has anyone seen this before? the only fix I can see is to remove the 'breaks in' function but I'd rather not. The user can rotate in view but thats extra work that shouldnt need to take place.

    Thank you

Does the coil have a flow direction? Does the Duct? If not, how would the family know the correct orientation?
