Default Revit Release 2023 - Can you lock a level at an elevation?

Hi everyone, and thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

One of the guys in my office thought he had picked a node to stretch out his level mark. Somehow without realizing it, he dragged the level to a new elevation. He is still learning the software, so ended up having to go back to a previous save to fix it.

Is there a way to lock the level at a certain elevation (first floor @ 100'-0" etc...)? I know we can lock them to each other but would like to lock it vertically.

    Thanks again!
