OTrack NOT tracking

there is one user that the OTrack is not tracking from the point he input using his keyboard. Ex: if he starts a line command then selects a point to track from and enters 12" it jumps way out into space or even maybe just next to the OTrack point.

We are using 2005 and have the SP1 installed. He also has the Keyboard entry except scripts set in the User Preferences in the options dialogue box.

Any suggestions to a fix or problem?

Have you checked the settings on the "Drafting" tab within the Options dialog box?

What happens if you "Reset" AutoCAD back to it's default profile?

What happens if the user Imports a AutoCAD profile (ARG) from a user that does not experience the problem?
