Default Printing or exporting CTB settings *

I have been doing print screens and test plots to try and document our CTB settings for sometime now and this is a timeconsuming and tedious task. It would be very helpful if the plot styles manager gave us the ability to print the CTB settings or export them to an Excel spreadsheet for the purposes of documentation.

As the CAD Manager for a Landscape Architectural firm of around 8 AutoCAD users, we are using ever increasingly complex plot styles and the users create many custom pen tables as well to accomplish particular tasks. The ability to quickly document and compare pen table settings would be a real big help for us overworked CAD Managers.

    Thanks,

    Hi

Take a look at the following thread -

Export / Print the contents of a Plot Style Table (CTB or STB)

    Have a good one, Mike

Mike, thanks for the links .... been there, done that!

These are cool utilities but still fall far short of real usefulness. The tableprint utility doesn't offer the ability to saveas, and the convert tools are not entirely complete exports either.

It should be a fairly easy thing to simply add to the plot style manager.

    Thanks agint, though.

Go get the latest tableprint. It saves to a csv which is importable into Excel, complete with headers. Put each ctb/stb on a tab in Excel and print.
